Abstract

Two patients with abnormal newborn screens related to homocysteine metabolism are presented; one presenting with cobalamin c deficiency and the other with homocystinuria. These 2 case reports elucidate the workup for patients with homocysteine abnormalities following an abnormal newborn screen (NBS).
