Scilight Press publishes all of its journals in full open access, meaning unlimited use and reuse of articles. All our journals are published under Creative Commons licenses, and authors retain copyright of their articles.

Authors pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, professional production of articles in PDF and other formats, and dissemination of published papers in various venues, in addition to other publishing functions. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission charges. Some items (Editorials, Corrections, Retractions, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.

Discounts for Authors: For authors from Low- and Middle-income countries, discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

All applications for APC waivers and discounts should be made as part of the submission process; requests made during the review process or after acceptance will not be considered.
