We are pleased to announce that Work and Health (WAH) is now the official affiliated journal of the European Association of Schools of Occupational Medicine (EASOM). Together, we aim to promote innovation and excellence in occupational and environmental health research.

The European Association of Schools of Occupational Medicine (EASOM) is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of education and training in occupational medicine throughout Europe. This collaboration reflects a long-term commitment to advancing global occupational health education and practice, while fostering mutual growth and innovation in the field.

Work and Health is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal with a broad scope, publishing original and novel research on all aspects of occupational and environmental health, striving to meet the highest standards in occupational epidemiology, toxicology, biomarkers, and industrial hygiene. The journal also gives particular attention to omics sciences, nanotoxicology, robotics, and emerging ICT tools used to monitor and identify links between exposure and disease.

To encourage wider dissemination, Article Processing Charges (APCs) will be waived for all manuscripts accepted before September 2026. This initiative aims to support early-career researchers and EASOM members in sharing their critical findings without financial constraints.
