Published on 19 Sep 2025

We are excited to announce a significant collaboration between Earth: Environmental Sustainability (EESUS), and the World Green Chemistry & Environmental Engineering Summit (WGCEES 2026).

WGCEES 2026 will be held during June 25-27, 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. This summit will serve as a dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas, presentation of cutting-edge research, and development of collaborations that will contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future. EESUS has been officially designated as the Collaborating Journal for the WGCEES 2026.

EESUS (ISSN: 3083-4732) published by Scilight Press, is a peer reviewed journal, published topics including, but not limited to, land degradation, agriculture and food security, air, soil and water pollution, biodiversity loss, conservation and management, fire modelling and effects on the ecosystems, cities and urbanisation, climate change impact, adaptation and mitigation, natural hazards, ecosystem services, ecosystem account, nature-based solutions, green infrastructure, health and environment, land degradation, environmental remediation,  forestry, natural capital, natural resources management,  policy, waste management, spatial analysis and modelling, water–energy–food nexus, education, environmental behaviour and all other aspects related to sustainability and sustainable development goals.

We sincerely hope that scholars in the field of green chemistry and environment will actively follow this conference and participate to discuss, share knowledge, and inspire innovative thinking with peers worldwide. Together, we can contribute wisdom and strength to addressing global challenges in this field.

We also cordially invite scholars and experts to pay attention to EESUS, edited by Prof. Damia Barcelo and Prof. Paulo Pereira, with Prof. Jianmin Chen serving on the Editorial Advisory Board, and to submit your high-quality research findings.
