Aims & Scope
Solar Energy and Advanced Heat Transfer (SEAHT) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to disseminating cutting-edge research and practical innovations in the fields of solar energy utilization and heat transfer science and engineering. The journal aims to bridge the gap between theoretical developments and real-world applications, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across mechanical, chemical, civil, and energy engineering domains. SEAHT is published quarterly online by Scilight Press.
We welcome original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and case studies on the following (but not limited to) topics:
- Solar thermal energy systems and technologies
- Photovoltaic systems integration and performance
- Advanced heat transfer mechanisms: conduction, convection, radiation, and phase change
- Heat exchangers: design, optimization, and novel configurations
- Thermal energy storage: materials, design, and management
- Hybrid and passive solar heating and cooling systems
- Solar desalination and solar-driven industrial processes
- Nanofluids and smart fluids in thermal systems
- Computational and experimental studies in thermal and solar sciences
- AI and machine learning in thermal system design and optimization
- Sustainability, lifecycle analysis, and techno-economic evaluations of solar thermal systems
The journal serves as a platform for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to share developments that contribute to energy efficiency, sustainability, and the global transition to clean energy.
