Announcement on Publication Frequency Adjustment
Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers, We would like to inform you of an update regarding the publication frequency of Science for Energy and Environment (SEE) . Since its launch, SEE has been published on a quarterly basis, with a focus on high-quality research at the intersection of energy and environmental science, particularly in materials and catalysis. Following a careful evaluation of the journal's development and submission profile, the Editorial Office and Publisher have decided to adjust the publication frequency. Starting from 2026, SEE will transition from a quarterly to a biannual publication schedule. This adjustment is intended to: Ensure a more cohesive and substantial composition of each issue Further strengthen the selectivity and academic impact of published articles Support the journal's sustainable growth in the energy–environment research community This change reflects our continued commitment to publishing rigorous, high-quality, and impactful research. The journal's scope, editorial standards, and peer review process remain unchanged. All submissions will continue to be handled efficiently and published in a timely manner. We sincerely thank our authors, reviewers, and Editorial Board members for their ongoing support, and we look forward to further advancing SEE as a trusted platform for interdisciplinary research in energy and the environment. Warm regards, Editorial Office Science for Energy and Environment (SEE) Scilight Press
