Aims & Scope
Thermal Science and Applications (TSA) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research that makes significant advances to the understanding and application of thermal science across a broad range of scientific and engineering disciplines.
This journal seeks to deepen our fundamental understanding of thermal sciences and related phenomena across all scales - from macroscopic energy systems to nanoscale thermal transport mechanisms - while simultaneously driving technological innovation in thermal engineering applications. This includes research to deepen our fundamental understanding of heat transfer and its applications, pioneering work in advanced thermal management solutions for next-generation technologies, transformative approaches to thermal energy conversion and storage, and the development of sustainable thermal systems with low environmental impact. Beyond fundamental research, this journal actively promotes the translation of scientific discoveries into practical engineering applications, serving as a nexus for collaboration between academic researchers and industry practitioners.
