Power Electronics Research and Applications Transactions (PERA Transactions) is a gold open-access, peer-reviewed journal, that aims to become the reference publication of the state-of-the art power electronics for both fundamental research scholars and practicing specialists in the field. The reviewers – editors – authors work as a team, in a transparent reviewing process, with the purpose of bringing each manuscript to its best in what concerns both the content and presentation. The journal will create a platform for a closed authors – readers dialogue. A part of each issue will be dedicated to comments of the readers for any published paper, readers’ questions and authors’ answers, expression of different or even contrary views with editors’ replies. It is published quarterly online by Scilight Press.
PERA Transactions covers all the aspects of power electronics (converters and inverters topologies and their control, hard- and soft-switching, low and high powers, solid-state devices, IC implementations, reliability, etc.), both fundamental and applied research results, both classical applications and emerging technology applications of power electronics in smart grid and microgrids, electrical systems supplied by green energy sources, electrical vehicles, energy storage, wireless power transfer, cyber-physical systems, microprocessors and data centers, switched-capacitor-based circuits and artificial intelligence based systems. Tutorial papers on any topic of interest for the power electronics community are warmly welcomed. A journal section will be dedicated to papers authored by engineers from industrial companies presenting interesting, innovative designs of known power electronics circuits or new applications of available circuits.
