Aims & Scope

The journal welcomes the submission of high-quality papers on theoretical development and practical applications in electronics, electrical and information science, and computer science. Moreover, it will cover services (telecommunications, multimedia, Internet, and digital), network (including its softwarization, as well as the underlying infrastructure), device technologies, support systems, as well as a variety of cross-disciplinary topics, such as artificial intelligence, applied to telecommunications, market trends, strategies, and regulations.

The journal invites submissions of original research papers, review articles, and technical notes that are state-of-the-art and of high quality. As a result, we aim to provide our readers with timely and comprehensive coverage of this ever-evolving field. The journal conducts Featured Topic Collections for papers irregularly, allowing scholars to submit papers on relevant topics. All submitted manuscripts will undergo peer review.
