Since the outbreak of the global COVID-19 epidemic, the normal classroom teaching mode has changed to large-scale online teaching, and schools are also urgently demanding to change the education system and complete the restoration and resetting of the education system. This study discusses the problems existing in the current school education system revealed under the influence of epidemic situation, and expounds the transition theory of education system of Michael Fullan's team. It describes the importance of deep learning in the post-epidemic era to the cultivation of students' ability, analyzes the dialectical promoting relationship between the future school education system and deep learning, reforms and reconstructs the future school education system with the concept of deep learning, guarantees the implementation of deep learning, and provides the possibility for the further development of students, teachers and future schools.
